Saturday 24th February 2018. Fish and Chip run to Avoca Beach.
We have met with fellow Mustang Cousins in the south for the Wollongong Fish ‘n’ Chip run, and now it’s time to meet with up with our northern cousins on the Coast. The drive time is approximately 1 hour. Sydney members, meeting at McDonalds Thornleigh about 3:00pm, Central Avenue Thornleigh for a 3.30pm sharp departure. Then on our way, and drive to Avoca Beach Seafoods’ in convoy. The shop is at the rear of the old Avoca Beach Theatre, Vale Road Avoca Beach, off Avoca drive. There is a cafe next door for coffee. There is some parking in the streets leading to the shop/beach and a parking area approximately 200 metres away in Burns St, Avoca Dive or Cliff Avenue. There is a covered area which takes about 20 in the park but I would suggest members bring their chairs and maybe a table.  (When you get to the Avoca Shopping centre drive through it for about a kilometre and the theatre, shops and surf club are on your left. There are toilets at the back of the surf club).
