Friday 19th Sept to Sunday 21st Sept- Grenfell Lights – Car Poker Run
3 day event presented by the Grenfell Lions Club Inc
On the Friday night (19/9) we will again kick-off with a PARK-UP of cars in the lower end of
our historic main street main followed by a visit in convoy to the fantastic Grenfell Silos
Lightshow, then a short drive to the Bowling Club for dinner and a car quiz. Saturday
morning (20/9) is at the Grenfell Bowling Club with a 9:30am departure for our Poker Run
which this year is a different route (than last year) with lunch to be held at the Services
Club in Young. There will be another PARK-UP in the lower end of main street at the
completion of the Poker Run and then dinner and a live band at the Grenfell Country Club.
On the Sunday morning we will meet for coffee/breakfast at a local cafe and then take a
30 min drive to the magnificent Iandra Castle for a private tour.
We are looking forward to having Ford Mustangs as the centre-piece for our event this
September. We do appreciate the support of the Ford Mustang Car Club membership for
the Poker Run which will see all profits going to our efforts to establish the Grenfell Lights
